The world's other big January auto show, the 2010 Tokyo Auto Salon, opened its doors to tuner enthusiasts in mid-month with a record 402 exhibitors. After what seems like decades coming, the Toyota GT 86 – Toyota’s ‘affordable’ sports car for the masses – finally got revealed in production guise at the Tokyo Motor Show. And now we know it will cost from £24,995 when it arrives in the UK in June.
Their ancestors triumphed at Le Mans, and now two of the modern versions of the Ford GT are aiming for lofty finishes at summer auctions. The sixth and seventh Ford GTs built will cross the block at the Meadow Brook and Pebble Beach concours. And these are rare cars.
